About the Role
As an Outpatient Counselor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals and families on their journey toward emotional wellness. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others while working in a structured, collaborative environment.
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster growth and resilience.
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation for your caseload.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.
Availability of 1 evening a week till 6 pm.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline.
- Must have a verified clinical practicum or licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations – as outlined in program requirements.
Pay
Competitive pay. Billable rate $40-$45/hour. Other pay rates apply for training, travel, and administrative time. If licensed in PA as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, the billable rate may exceed the advertised range.
