Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Build trusting therapeutic relationships that empower lasting change.
- Collaborate with a compassionate multidisciplinary team.
- Create individualized treatment plans that honor each client's unique journey.
- Maintain quality clinical documentation that supports exceptional care.
- Advocate for mental wellness throughout our community.
Requirements
You are Licensed in New Mexico as one of the following:
- LISW
- LCSW
- LPCC
- LMFT
- LMSW
- LMHCA
- LAMFT
You lead with empathy, listen without judgment, and are passionate about helping people discover hope and healing.
