Licensed Occupational Therapist - PRN Home Health
About the role
HTS is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis to cover home health patients in Frankfort, Indiana and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll work with residents either in their individual homes or onsite in our partner senior living facilities on an as needed basis. Growth into a part time or full time position is possible!
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to home health patients
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy in patients’ homes or at partner senior living facilities
Requirements
- Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy Education-accredited Occupational Therapist education program
- Passing score on the state licensure exam
- Fulfillment of all state licensure requirements
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
