Edenbrook Green Bay is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a thriving skilled nursing community in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
What You Will Do
- Provide strategic leadership for the overall operation and performance of the community.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop department leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
- Lead with a hands-on approach, ensuring teams remain focused on quality care and resident satisfaction.
- Continue to drive and stabilize census growth through strong operational leadership and community engagement.
- Oversee staffing strategies, labor management, scheduling, and resource utilization to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, clinical outcomes, and resident experiences.
- Proactively manage clinical risk while ensuring readiness for state and federal surveys and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Monitor financial performance and participate in budgeting and fiscal management initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral sources, and community partners.
- Collaborate closely with corporate leadership to execute strategic initiatives and support long-term success.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
- Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care community.
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering accountability across departments.
- Demonstrated experience improving census, managing labor costs, and maintaining operational performance.
- Strong understanding of state and federal long-term care regulations and survey processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
