About the role
As the Administrator, you will play a vital role in overseeing all clinical and administrative functions, programs, and activities within our facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee key areas such as financial operations, human resources, and clinical operations
- Provide leadership and direction for overall facility operations to provide quality patient care in accordance with all laws and regulations
- Develop and manage team goals within the facility
- Provide clear direction to staff through effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ensure the facility adheres to state and federal guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the healthcare industry with three years of experience as a nursing home Administrator preferred
- Three to five years related experience
- Proven leadership and management skills, strong communication skills
- Current registration as a Nursing Home Administrator, must maintain active license in good standing throughout employment
