About the role
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Utica, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all Clinical and Administrative functions in the facility
- Develop and implement a facility management system
- Administer, manage, supervise, and coordinate all departments to ensure quality care
- Manage the financial operations of the facility
- Monitor and maintain facility compliance with State and Federal regulations
- Oversee the facility's quality assurance process
- Ensure individual rights and opportunities for choice exist for all residents
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as an AOR
- Current New York State LNHA Certification
- Basic computer skills, including email use
- Experience in performance management and effective leadership
- Proven Leadership & Management Skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding resident & TGHS proprietary information
- Ability to relate professionally & work cooperatively with residents & staff at all levels
