Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Utilize electronic charting systems compliant with state regulations
• Work flexible hours including 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
• Enjoy short commute times and part-time or full-time options

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current New York State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Meet state licensing requirements
• Have a valid driver’s license if required for travel
