Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to clients in their homes
- Provide care for individuals of all ages and diagnoses
- Offer advanced care services such as tracheostomy and ventilator management
- Participate in ongoing training and shadowing programs
- Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Experience in home health care preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved LPN program
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
