Primary Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and state licensing requirements.
- Promote exceptional resident care and quality outcomes.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing department leaders and staff.
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care.
- Manage facility budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives.
- Partner with the Director of Nursing and department managers to achieve clinical and operational goals.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community organizations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, safety programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead quality improvement efforts and strategic planning to support long-term success.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the State of Missouri (or eligible for licensure).
- Experience managing a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Strong understanding of long-term care regulations, reimbursement, budgeting, and survey processes.
- Ability to lead with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care and customer service.
