Qualifications And Skills
- Valid Nursing Home Administrator license
- Leadership experience in long-term or post-acute care settings
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality metrics, and compliance
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to quality, resident-centered care, and team collaboration
