Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with patient/resident needs, government regulations and Company policies.
• Provide excellent care for your patients and residents.
• Make a positive difference in the lives of others, including a commitment to Resident Rights.
• Execute on operational strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.

Requirements/Qualifications

• An active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator License in the state of Virginia.
• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
• Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience in performance management and effective leadership.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
