Position Overview

The Nursing Home Administrator will lead the facility's overall operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest level of care and quality of life for residents. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the entire facility.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record of success in operations, compliance, and team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
