Oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner that enables the facility to use its resources effectively and efficiently to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team and culture.
- Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
- Current State-appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
- Excellent organizational, financial, operational, and motivational skills.
