Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
About the role
Are you a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) who enjoys providing personalized, one-on-one care? We are seeking a caring and dedicated LNA to provide in-home support to a 90-year-old male client in Rindge, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for an LNA who takes pride in helping an individual remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the familiar surroundings of their own home.
Schedule
Mornings | 8:00 AM–11:00 AM
Part-Time | 1:1 Client Care
Responsibilities
As a Home Health LNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living and household support, including:
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Meal preparation and assistance with meals
- Medication reminders
- Walking and ambulation assistance
- Light housekeeping to help maintain a safe and comfortable home
- Assistance with other activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Providing companionship and encouraging independence
- Maintaining a safe home environment with clear and unobstructed pathways
- Supporting the client's comfort, dignity, and overall well-being
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire LNA license in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to assist with mobility and safely lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
