About the role
Wake Robin seeks dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) with a strong desire to work within a community of seniors. The facility provides exceptional nursing care in a beautiful residential and long-term care setting, while maintaining a strong sense of 'home'. Staffing ratios allow for the time and attention needed by residents.
Responsibilities
- Implement care delivery systems in a nurturing environment supporting the health and independence of residents.
- Provide resident-centered care to support residents' activities of daily living.
- Support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
- Assist with personal care, recreational, and social activities.
- Observe and document resident conditions.
- Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following regulations and approved courses.
Requirements
- A valid State of Vermont Nursing Assistant License.
- The COVID vaccine is recommended but not required due to the vulnerable resident population.
Qualifications
- Strong desire to work with seniors.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.50-$30.20 per hour. Starting salary is determined based on candidate's experience, education, and relevant skills as well as internal equity considerations.
Schedule
- Days: 6:45am-3:15pm
- Evenings: 2:45pm-11:15pm
- Nights: 10:45p-7:15am
- Evening shift differential: $2.50/hour
- Night shift differential: $4.50/hour
- Weekend shift differential: $1.55/hour
