About the role

Wake Robin seeks dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) with a strong desire to work within a community of seniors. The facility provides exceptional nursing care in a beautiful residential and long-term care setting, while maintaining a strong sense of 'home'. Staffing ratios allow for the time and attention needed by residents.

Responsibilities

  • Implement care delivery systems in a nurturing environment supporting the health and independence of residents.
  • Provide resident-centered care to support residents' activities of daily living.
  • Support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
  • Assist with personal care, recreational, and social activities.
  • Observe and document resident conditions.
  • Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following regulations and approved courses.

Requirements

  • A valid State of Vermont Nursing Assistant License.
  • The COVID vaccine is recommended but not required due to the vulnerable resident population.

Qualifications

  • Strong desire to work with seniors.
  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.50-$30.20 per hour. Starting salary is determined based on candidate's experience, education, and relevant skills as well as internal equity considerations.

Schedule

  • Days: 6:45am-3:15pm
  • Evenings: 2:45pm-11:15pm
  • Nights: 10:45p-7:15am
  • Evening shift differential: $2.50/hour
  • Night shift differential: $4.50/hour
  • Weekend shift differential: $1.55/hour
