Responsibilities
- Provide fundamental living skills to participants, to include medical treatment under the NH LNA scope of practice.
- Assess and document patient vital signs including height and weight and reports all abnormal findings to the RN and/or provider.
- Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures as directed by the RN or Medical Provider.
Qualifications
- Meet all regulatory compliance requirements for LNA, performing clinical nursing procedures and functions within the New Hampshire (NH) LNA Scope of Practice.
- High School Diploma and valid NH Nursing Assistant License (LNA) and current BLS certificate preferred.
- Two years’ experience in clinical setting and primary care/ambulatory setting preferred.
