Licensed Nurse

About the role

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is available at River's Edge, a skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care and making a positive impact. The shift is a 12-hour day shift, rotating through Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday, and Saturday, Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care
• Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders

Requirements

• Licenses: Idaho Licensed Practical Nurse license required
• New graduates are welcome and comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship will be provided

Qualifications

• LPN License is required
• Prior experience preferred but not required
