Licensed Nurse - Silver Creek Inn
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic LPN to join our Resident Services team at Silver Creek Inn memory care! New nursing grads are welcome to apply! Full-time opportunity! Earn between $30 and $34/hour, dependent on experience! Multiple Shifts available! MON - THURS, 6AM - 2PM.
Responsibilities
- Perform non-invasive resident treatments
- Administer medications and assist with medication administration
- Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document the nursing process through charting by exception
- Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Arizona
- Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Must have ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
