Licensed Nurse

Job Description

As a licensed nurse, you will work closely with the families, staff, and outside providers at The Springs at The Waterfront. You will use your diverse knowledge and exceptional relational skills to promote positive outcomes for our residents. Additionally, you will use your coaching abilities to teach our staff how to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintains physician orders and laboratory results and ensures their correct implementation
• Monitors alert charting, ensuring appropriate employee responses to issues and determining the need for an RN assessment
• Monitors resident incident reports
• Assesses residents as necessary, addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual issues
• Aids in the development of service plans, ensuring that health service issues, as well as other service issues that could impact health, are effectively addressed
• Attends service plan meetings as necessary
• Affirms compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to health services
• Conducts new resident assessments
• Occasionally assists with staffing schedules
• Participates in monthly MOD (Manager on Duty) weekend activities

Qualifications

• Washington RN or LPN License
• Organized and effective in managing multiple deadlines
• Good judgment and professional maturity
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Successful employee management experience

Pay

The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Licensed Nurse position, with an annual salary range of $79K-$89K depending on experience. This position may also be eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus.
