Licensed Mental Health Professional - Hourly

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions and suicide prevention techniques.
• Develop and recommend treatment plans, conduct psychoeducational and transitional groups, and manage medication evaluations.
• Respond to sick call requests, provide medication adherence, and coordinate with prescribing providers.
• Provide crisis intervention, oversee clinical needs, and participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams and administrative meetings.
• Train staff on relevant mental health topics, document findings, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• MUST have active social work licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
• Experience: One (1) or more years of experience in a Mental Health treatment program, preferably in a Correctional or Hospital setting.
• Licenses/Certifications: Unrestricted, current license in the State of practice – e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist – must maintain all licenses, certifications, and continuing educational requirements.
