Licensed Master Plumber / Plumber of Record

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of St. Louis County is launching a brand-new, modern fleet and is seeking a licensed Master Plumber to serve as our Plumber of Record. About the Role

We are looking for a foundational business partner, not just a temporary employee. The owner is dedicated to aggressively scaling this Benjamin Franklin territory to dominate St. Louis County. We offer a documented path to true equity and company ownership as we hit clear growth milestones together. An aggressive marketing budget of $100K per year is allocated to support this growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the registered Master Plumber of Record for our corporate entity with the St. Louis County Board of Plumbing Examiners.
• Pull required permits through the St. Louis County Department of Public Works and ensure full compliance on code-heavy jobs.
• Provide field leadership, technical training, and code oversight for our growing team of Journeymen and Registered Apprentices.
• Perform high-quality residential diagnostics, service repairs, and major replacements (water heaters, repipes, sewer lines).

Requirements

• Active Master Plumber License in good standing with St. Louis County.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Deep expertise in residential troubleshooting, customer service, and local code application.
• Must be able to pass standard background checks and drug screenings.

Pay

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
