Quality Life Solutions is seeking an outgoing, upbeat, customer-first team member driven to succeed as our new Service and Installation Tech. We specialize in installing and servicing water softeners, conditioners, and reverse osmosis systems. The ideal candidate is well-organized, professional, and flexible, with a strong pride in delivering quality work. Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to service, repair, maintain, or install water filtration systems.
• Accurately complete all service and installation work and paperwork daily.
• Be reliable and punctual for daily responsibilities.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service.
• Install, troubleshoot, and service water treatment equipment, including softeners, conditioners, filters, reverse osmosis, and UV systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on water treatment equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair control valves, pumps, and other water-related devices, including electro-mechanical and electronically controlled systems.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area and truck.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Willingness to travel.

Requirements

• Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment.
• Excellent driving record (must be insurable).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum age of 21 for insurance purposes.
• Good people skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to become a Water Quality Association (WQA) Certified Installer.
• SC Plumbing License.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
