Licensed Plumber

About the role

Efficient Systems is seeking a self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing plumbing team. Licensed plumbers are paid on a commission basis with uncapped earnings potential. This position is based in Beaumont, TX and is a full‑time, on‑site role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing problems.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers, including installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers, explaining plumbing concerns and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed service records, including before‑and‑after photos.
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures and attend required safety training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Journeyman license required.
• Current plumbing certification as required by the state.
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 – $120,000 per year, with commission‑based earnings that can exceed $100k for high performers.
