Hand & Stone Fredericksburg is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve members and guests. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality skincare treatments, creating personalized long‑term treatment plans, and building strong client relationships. Estheticians are empowered to make each facial appointment a standout experience while contributing to a positive impact on clients’ confidence and well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state of employment.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance and adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide a world‑class client experience by performing top‑level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including home‑care regimens, based on each client’s skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars.

Requirements

• Active Esthetics license in the state where you will be working.
• Esthetics liability insurance.
• Compliance with all state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Pay

$35,000 – $85,000 per year
