About the role

Hand & Stone Fredericksburg is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to provide high‑quality skincare experiences for members and guests. The role focuses on delivering personalized facial treatments, educating clients about skincare routines, and building lasting relationships that turn a facial appointment into a highlight of the month.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state of employment.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance and adhere to all state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide a world‑class client experience by performing top‑level facial and skincare services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including home‑care regimens, tailored to each client’s skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars to stay current with industry advances.

Requirements

• Active Esthetics license in Virginia (or the state where you will be working).
• Esthetics liability insurance.
• Commitment to following state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Ability to meet sales and performance targets.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.
