Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top‑level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client’s skin care goals
- Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve service and retail sales goals
- Perform facial treatments using Dermalogica, Clarity Rx, DiamondGlow, LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFace microcurrent, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels
Requirements
- Licensed Esthetician or Licensed Master Esthetician in the State of Virginia
- Carry liability insurance
Qualifications
- Experienced, dependable, energetic, and friendly Master Estheticians
- Excellent technical skills with a dedication to service
Skills
- Proficiency in either Dermalogica and/or Clarity Rx (a plus)
- Proficiency in all types of facials including various types of peels and remediation treatments (a plus)
- Proficiency in diamond tip microdermabrasion, peels and LED treatments (a plus)
Pay
- Competitive salary: $45‑$55+/hour (includes commission and tips)
- Tips paid out same day (cash & cards)
