Licensed Master Cosmetologist / Stylist - New Location Now Hiring

This role is designed for experienced professionals with advanced technical skills—such as precision cutting, advanced coloring, or texture services—who bring expertise, confidence, and a loyal clientele and don't require much hand-holding to succeed. Responsibilities

• Perform precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations
• Deliver advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing
• Maintain professionalism and thrive with minimal guidance
• Build and retain a loyal client book

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations
• Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing
• Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance

Requirements

• A loyal book of business generating $1,300+ per week (preferred; qualifies you for higher commissions)
• Ability to perform Essential Job Functions satisfactorily (reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities)

Pay

• Top Stylists earn $45/hr to $88+/hr; $100k+ is within reach
• Keep your current prices or go higher
• Pay is based on performance, not just experience—grow earnings through service and retail commissions and tips
• All compensation meets wage law requirements
• No back bar or product costs—ever; supplies provided at no charge
• Tips are in your pocket at the end of each day
