Licensed Master Cosmetologist / Stylist

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced professionals with advanced technical skills—such as precision cutting, advanced coloring, or texture services—who bring expertise, confidence, and a loyal clientele and don’t require much hand-holding to succeed. Stylists eager to grow into this stage of their career are also welcome to apply to our Stylist role, where we’ll help build clientele and elevate technical craft over time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations
• Perform advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing
• Build and maintain a loyal client book
• Thrive with minimal guidance while maintaining professionalism and confidence

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations
• Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing
• Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance

Qualifications

• A loyal book of business generating $1,300+ per week (preferred; qualifies you for higher commissions)

Pay

• Top Stylists earn $45/hr to $88+/hr, with $100k+ within reach
• Keep your current prices or go higher
• Earnings grow through service and retail commissions and tips
• All compensation meets wage law requirements
• Tips are in your pocket at the end of each day
