Licensed Master Cosmetologist / Stylist

Responsibilities
- Provide precision cutting, advanced coloring, and texture services
- Build and maintain a loyal client base generating $1,300+ per week (preferred)
- Offer personalized consultations and advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, and texture services
- Grow your book of business and elevate your technical craft over time
- Enjoy instant guests, instant $$$ opportunities with Walk-in ready promotions and support
- Receive full-time or part-time hours, PTO/Vacation Pay, Flex Scheduling, and recognition & rewards
- Earn up to $45/hr to $88+/hr with opportunities for leadership or education roles
Requirements
- A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations
- Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing
- Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance
