Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, color services, and other advanced styling techniques.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base generating $1,300+ per week (preferred).
• Offer personalized consultations and advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services.
• Operate with minimal guidance and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Experience with advanced techniques including precision cuts, fades, color services, and texture services.
• A loyal book of business generating $1,300+ per week (preferred).
• Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance.
