Licensed Master Cosmetologist / Stylist

Whether you call yourself a Master Stylist, a Master Cosmetologist, or an experienced hairdresser, if you have advanced technical skills—such as precision cutting, advanced coloring, or texture services—this role is designed for you. We're looking for experienced pros who bring expertise, confidence, and a loyal clientele and don't require much hand-holding to succeed.

Also, with a book of business generating $1,300+ per week, you may qualify for higher commissions and unlock even greater earning potential. Not quite at that level? Responsibilities

• Perform precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Strong technical skills in precision cutting, coloring, and texture services
• A loyal book of business generating $1,300+ per week (preferred; qualifies you for higher commissions)

Pay

Your pay is based on performance, not just experience. Top stylists earn $45/hr to $88+/hr, with potential to reach $100k+ annually. Earnings grow through service and retail commissions, plus tips. All compensation meets wage law requirements.
