Licensed Master Cosmetologist / Stylist - New Location Now Hiring

About the role

We’re looking for experienced pros who bring expertise, confidence, and a loyal clientele and don’t require much hand-holding to succeed. Not quite at that level? That’s okay—we also welcome stylists eager to grow into this stage of their career.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, color services, and other advanced styling techniques.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base generating $1,300+ per week (preferred).
• Offer personalized consultations and advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Grow your book of business and earnings through service and retail commissions and tips.

Requirements

• A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations.
• Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing.
• Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience with walk-in guests and driving traffic to your chair.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and PTO.
