Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, color services, and other advanced styling techniques.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base generating $1,300+ per week (preferred).
- Offer personalized consultations and advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, thriving in a self-directed environment.
- Grow your book of business and increase your earnings through service and retail commissions and tips.
Requirements
- A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations.
- Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing.
- Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance.
