Licensed Loan Partner - Mortgage Banker
Responsibilities
- Take loan applications
- Track and follow up with leads daily
- Provide customer support and loan status updates
- Help manage paperwork, disclosures, and conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients
- 3 years of professional office environment and administration or mortgage experience preferred
- MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and Encompass experience is a MUST.
- Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as Conventional Loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, Non-QM loans, etc.
About the Role
We’re hiring an Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to support a top-producing loan origination team in Santa Rosa, CA at Premier Lending. (prefer in office but will consider a West Coast-based loan partner) You’ll work directly with clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient loan processing from application to close.
