Licensed Listing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Answer and field calls related to showings, feedback, and property-specific questions
• Communicate professionally with agents, sellers, vendors, and service providers
• Conduct weekly seller update calls as directed
• Follow up on showing feedback and communicate updates to sellers
• Resolve day-to-day listing issues and provide proactive solutions
• Manage listing preparation and vendor coordination
• Coordinate property readiness and vendor services
• Handle marketing and listing launch support
• Support field operations and open house coverage

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of South Carolina and/or North Carolina
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a listing assistant or in a related real estate support role
• Strong knowledge of MLS systems, listing procedures, and real estate transaction processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple listings simultaneously
• Proficient in Google Suite Products and real estate CRM software
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to providing outstanding client service
