Responsibilities

• Host two open houses each month
• Obtain Listing Certification
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Join weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Engage in team activities following team standards
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls

Qualifications

• Reliable and understands the importance of accountability in building a thriving real estate career
• Works well with others
• Holds a valid real estate license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bridges the gap between strangers and lifelong friends
• Brings positive energy and a good attitude
• Great at managing time effectively
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues

• Eager to learn and grow
• Prefers full-time availability
