Responsibilities
- Host two open houses each month
- Obtain Listing Certification
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Join weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Engage in team activities following team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Qualifications
- Reliable and understands the importance of accountability in building a thriving real estate career
- Works well with others
- Holds a valid real estate license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bridges the gap between strangers and lifelong friends
- Brings positive energy and a good attitude
- Great at managing time effectively
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues

- Eager to learn and grow
