Responsibilities Graduate from Community Partner Group- PLACE Agent LaunchExecute lead generations systems weeklyConduct six open houses during your 90 Day Agent Launch ProgramConvert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointmentsParticipate in weekly script practice per team standardsParticipate in team activities per team standardsCommit to weekly 1:1 coaching session (optionally remote), remote weekly trainings and remote Partner CallConsult with sellers, convert to listings and market homesDemonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related servicesNegotiate offers on behalf of your sellersTrack activities and clients in your own CRM Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
