Licensed Listing Agent
Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch Program to move into production quickly and confidently.
- Execute PLACE’s weekly lead generation systems to create a consistent, predictable flow of high-quality opportunities.
- Host a minimum of two open houses per month, backed by professional marketing and brand recognition that attracts serious buyers and sellers.
- Turn conversations into appointments using scripts and frameworks refined by top-producing agents.
- Participate in weekly script practice alongside elite negotiators to continuously raise your conversion and confidence.
- Engage in team meetings and collaborative environments that keep you aligned, accountable, and growth-focused.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and Partner Calls designed to increase your production, profitability, and long-term business health.
- Secure listings and execute pricing, staging, and marketing strategies using PLACE’s world-class tools.
- Negotiate with strength, tapping into collective experience and master-level negotiation support to protect your clients’ outcomes and your commissions.
- Use PLACE Technology to manage your pipeline, measure performance, and stay focused on the activities that drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Possess a competitive drive and a natural aptitude for sales.
- Excel at building relationships and identifying client needs.
- Handle objections with professionalism and poise.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
- Thrive in a collaborative, high-accountability environment.
- Hold an active real estate license and have 3+ years of real estate sales experience.
- Be highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Be coachable and open to learning scripts and dialogue.
