About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is ready to maximize their earning potential in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, marketing, presenting insurance solutions, and closing sales while overcoming objections with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and marketing efforts.
• Conduct needs-based discovery conversations to assess coverage requirements.
• Deliver compelling presentations and overcome objections with confidence.
• Close sales and provide excellent service to build long-term client relationships.
• Focus on resales and referrals to continuously expand your book of business.

Requirements

• Must have an active Property & Casualty License to be considered.

Annual Base Salary + Commission
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
