Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails
- Afford clients with policy inquiries, coverage options, billing questions, and claims processes
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and payments
- Maintain accurate records in agency management systems
- Work with agents to follow up on leads, cross-sell, and upsell insurance products
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
- Provide support during audits and maintain documentation
Qualifications
- Active insurance license (Property & Casualty)
- Minimum [1-2] years of customer service experience in an insurance setting
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance agency management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
