Responsibilities

• Service all in-bound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients - including Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, Endorsements, and Rewrites.
• Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
• Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
• Follow-up on leads generated from inbound calls, and non-renewal leads.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions especially if quoting or rewriting.
• Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.

Requirements

• Licensed Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License required.
• Prior experience in customer service in personal lines insurance, commercial insurance experience is a plus.
• 2+ Years of experience in the Insurance Industry, specifically Home and Auto Insurance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using basic computer software and insurance agency systems.

Pay

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
