Licensed DBT Psychologist - DBT Doctoral - Telehealth (PSYPACT eligible)

This role focuses on providing individual and group Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure governance, compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group DBT via live video sessions
• Assign digital DBT lessons and assess client outcomes
• Attend weekly consultation and team meetings
• Co-lead DBT skills groups with colleagues
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Deliver culturally responsive care to clients with varying needs and backgrounds
• Support high-risk clients through telehealth therapy services

Qualifications

• PSYPACT eligible or authorized licensed psychologist
• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology
• Formal DBT training and hands-on experience
• Minimum one year providing comprehensive DBT
• Experience working with high-risk clients
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and video tools

Pay

$98,000 – $126,000 annually
