Licensed Telehealth Psychologist (PSYPACT) - 1099 Contractor

Remote | Independent Contractor | Flexible Scheduling | Per-Session Compensation Guiding Star Mental Health is expanding its workers' compensation behavioral health services. We are seeking licensed psychologists with PSYPACT authorization to provide psychological evaluations and therapy to individuals recovering from workplace injuries. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct psychological evaluations for workers' compensation cases, including presurgical assessments, initial evaluations, psychological testing, and progress reevaluations. Provide shortterm, goaloriented therapy addressing injuryrelated psychological distress, chronic pain, adjustment difficulties, and barriers to recovery and return to work. Prepare comprehensive, clinically sound reports using standardized templates and assessment protocols. Coordinate with our clinical team to support continuity of care and timely documentation. QUALIFICATIONS Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) with an active, unrestricted psychologist license. Current PSYPACT Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) preferred; applicants pursuing authorization may be considered. Experience conducting psychological assessments and preparing clinical reports. Experience in workers' compensation, occupational health, pain management, or forensic psychology is a plus. Comfortable providing telehealth services and practicing independently.
