Licensed DBT Psychologist for Adolescents & Adults - Telehealth (PSYPACT authorized or eligible) - Part-time

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates partners with Lyra Health, a leading provider of evidence-based mental health care. The company delivers comprehensive DBT for adults and adolescents, offering weekly individual therapy, skills training groups, and consultation team meetings. Lyra members have access to care in one day, and nine out of ten improve with support from providers like you.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual DBT, multifamily skills groups, and parenting/family sessions for adolescents and their parents
• Assign DBT-relevant digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients
• Work within a collaborative team environment, attending weekly consultation team meetings and one-on-one consultations
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client scheduling needs
• Available to work part-time, approximately 24 hours per week

Requirements

• PSYPACT eligible or eligible for authorization
• PhD/PsyD in clinical, counseling, or school psychology from an accredited graduate program
• Formal didactic training in DBT required
• One year minimum experience providing comprehensive DBT to adolescents and adults
• Comfort and passion working with clients who present with high-risk behaviors
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment

Qualifications

• Clinicians must be PSYPACT eligible, with a preference for those with current authorization
• DBT-LBC certification preferred but not required
• Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.)
