About the role
The Licensed Clinical Supervisor provides direct patient care alongside clinical supervision for pre-licensed staff, adhering to WCHC's mission and core values.
Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed counseling services and evidence-based assessments and interventions.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling, coordinating with community partners and other care team members.
- Assess patients' behavioral and mental health conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans based on DSM-5-TR standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatric and primary care providers to manage mental health and biopsychosocial issues.
- Communicate effectively with patients, including through phone calls, chart messages, and clinical questions.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
- Support program goals and reduce cultural and socio-economic barriers.
- Facilitate conversations about professional ethics and self-care strategies.
- Engage in clinical observation and feedback for students, interns, and trainees.
- Support onboarding experiences for new providers and assist in crisis management.
- Stay updated on relevant OARs and complete chart audits.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in applicable field from an accredited university.
- Unrestricted Oregon license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.
- At least two years of experience providing clinical supervision.
- Comprehensive training in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention.
- Preferred bilingual fluency (Spanish).
- Current First Aid or BLS certification.
- TB test upon hire.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to function within a team setting.
- Able to actively listen and think critically.
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Able to travel as needed.
Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
