Licensed Clinical Supervisor

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical operations for youth and family programs focused on co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include: supervising staff, trainees, interns, and volunteers; developing and evaluating trauma-informed treatment approaches; and ensuring quality documentation and record review.Coordinate training initiatives and manage clinical operations to maintain high standards of care. Qualifications and skills: licensure in a relevant clinical field, experience supervising clinical staff, strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, and excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
