Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Overview

This position conducts oversight of the programming and service delivery; conducts staff supervision; acts as a resource for therapists in the delivery of therapeutic services; performs diagnostic evaluations; and develops treatment plans. Supports data collection and CQI efforts; maintains liaison with the County.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an accredited college or university
• Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults, and Two (2) years supervising direct care staff, in a health care setting preferred.
• California BBS licensed as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psy.D required. Two (2) years LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psy.D post-licensure preferred.
• Must possess a valid CA driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver eligibility policy.
• CPR certification from persons qualified by agencies including but not limited to the American Red Cross or obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
