Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, or adults in a supportive, evidence-based clinical environment.
• Deliver care through both in-person and telehealth modalities as part of a hybrid model.
• Engage in full administrative support including scheduling and billing, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation range: $84,000 – $113,000 based on productivity (full-time).
• Uncapped earning potential.
