About the Role
We are actively looking to hire talented therapists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This is an outpatient role with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends. Therapists have the flexibility to set their own schedules, with options for full-time, part-time (20+ hours per week), and hybrid models (on-site & telehealth).
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting.
- Deliver care both in-person at clinics and via telehealth.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with child, adolescent, or adult populations.

Pay
$84,000 - $113,000 annually + sign-on bonus (for full-time roles). Compensation is based on productivity.
