Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults suffering from various mental health issues.
• Work in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at our clinics nationwide and through our digital health telemedicine offering.
• Offer flexible work schedules including full-time and part-time options (20 hours per week+).
• Utilize hybrid models combining on-site and telehealth services.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience working with child, adolescent, or adult populations.

Pay

$84,000 - $113,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time)
